I am writing to let you know how much I appreciated the extraordinary efforts Jerry Williams made to sell my house in Bryant.

This was the fist time I’ve ever sold a house and Jerry made it a great experience. He was referred to me by a friend who had worked with him on selling his property. I couldn’t have been more satisfied. Jerry walked me through the entire process, was always available, answered my many questions, and gave me good advice throughout.

More than that, however, was how willing Jerry was to go the extra mile for me. Since I had already moved to Fort Smith I couldn’t always check on things. Like when someone showed the house and turned down the A/C and left it. My electric bill went from $75 to $275 in one month. From then on, Jerry volunteered to check my house weekly. He made sure the thermostat was at the right temperature saving me lots of money. He let me know when the lawn needed mowing and even contracted lawn care for me. He even spent an entire day raking and burning pine needles so the house would look great for an open house (there are 35 pine trees in the back yard)!

But what really impressed me about Jerry was how he treated me with respect and honesty. He treated me more like a friend than a client. In fact, I now consider Jerry Williams a friend!
